Dorsum.ai is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform that turns your consultations into structured notes, letters, and forms, and surfaces external pathology and imaging results automatically. Integrating Dorsum with coreplus reduces duplicate data entry between the two systems, so your clinical documentation flows straight from the consult into your coreplus records. Use this integration if your practice has a Dorsum.ai account and wants to streamline documentation for practitioners using coreplus.

Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure:
You have an active Dorsum.ai account for your practice.
You have access to the Add On section of coreplus
Enabling Dorsum.ai
Follow the steps below to enable your BookedSolid Add On:
1. From the Dashboard go to Set Up > Add Ons
2. Click on the Dorsum.ai Tile
3. Click Enable
Setting Up Dorsum for a Single User
For practices with an individual user, the Dorsum integration can be activated directly through your account.
In coreplus, go to Set Up > Add Ons > Dorsum and copy your Access Token.
From your Dorsum account, go to Customise > EMR Integrations > coreplus.
Paste your coreplus Access Token into the required field and select Validate.
Select Myself/Single Doctor.
Select the relevant Practitioner/User from the dropdown.
Select Finish Activation to complete the setup.
đ Only users who have their Profile Published will appear in the dropdown.
Go to Settings > User Profile > Relevant User > Publish > Tick.

Setting Up Dorsum for Multiple Doctors or a Team
For practices with multiple doctors or team members, Dorsum provides a bespoke setup tailored to your practice and workflow.
In coreplus, go to Set Up > Add Ons > Dorsum and copy your Access Token.
From your Dorsum account, go to Customise > EMR Integrations > coreplus.
Paste your coreplus Access Token into the required field and select Validate.
Select Multiple Doctors/Team, then enter the required information, including your email address, phone number and clinic size. Select Request Team Set Up.
â The Dorsum team will then personally contact you to assist with setting up your account and configuring the integration to suit your practice structure and workflows.
