Need to review past SMS messages? Whether it’s for a quick check or detailed follow-up, coreplus offers two easy ways to access the messages you send. This article will guide you through the process.
Sent SMS via Admin Notes
1. From the Dashboard select Communication
2. From the drop-down menu select Admin Notes
3. Use the Filter button at the top to adjust the type to SMS and direction to outbound
4. Click Update
💡 You can also view sent SMS via Client File > Admin Notes
💡 SMS to other phone numbers in a client's file ie. Insurer, Employer, Family Member, will not appear in Admin Notes
Sent SMS via Sent & Received SMS History
The manual SMS you send to contacts outside of coreplus can be seen separately by following the below steps:
1. From the Dashboard, go to Communication > Send SMS
2. Click on Sent & Received SMS History
Reviewing Bulk SMS Reminders and responses
For reviewing automatic reminders and responses in bulk, you can generate an Automatic SMS Report in coreplus
Go to Reports in the Dashboard
Navigate to Events/SMS and select Auto SMS Sending
Generate the report to view a detailed summary of all sent automatic reminders and corresponding patient responses.
This report functionality is particularly useful for tracking the overall effectiveness of your communications and identifying any missed responses.
