You can now store your client's device details in their client file for easy access, quick and easy reference and adjust them at any time!
Adding a Supplier
You are able to add and manage a list of Device Suppliers in coreplus to prevent you from having to re-enter the information each time you are filling out a fitting or repair form.
From the Dashboard go to Hearing Services > Device Supplier
Click Add Supplier
Fill in the relevant information and click Save
💡 You can now select from these pre-saved Suppliers in the step below.
Adding new Fitting Details
1. Go to Clients > Clients File
2. Click Hearing Services > Fitting Details
3. Click Add Fitting
4. Fill out the relevant information
5. Click Save
💡 To access your list of Suppliers click on Supplier when entering the Fitting Details and a drop down of all entered suppliers will appear.
Editing/Updating existing details
1. Go to Clients > Clients File
2. Click Hearing Services > Fitting Details
3. Click on the Edit/Pencil icon, next to the relevant device
4. Update the relevant information
5. Click Update/Save
